Today called for 8mi w\ 6mi @ 65%MHR and 1mi @ AT...

This run felt great the entire time! I was maybe @ 65% for the first mile and a half, after that I picked it up and was probably around 75%. Last mile I pushed at 85-90%MHR. Helped with the confidence :) I just wish it wasn't on the tready AGAIN (stuck in a hotel in Indiana surrounded by highways). It looks like the mileage is going to start ramping up next week. Here we go!
