Today called for 7mi w/ 3x1mi @10k pace and 3 minute recovery.

I definitely am seeing how this program progresses, I just kinda feel like I am missing some of the base mileage. It might just be a confidence thing. Im going to stick to it and see how it goes for CRIM. Being stuck on the TM for the 2nd run this week is driving me a little bonkers. I need to get outside tomorrow :)
