This has been a completely messed up week of my training plan. We are at my in-laws and it has been so difficult to coordinate schedules let alone deal with this blasted heat! Flipping a couple of workouts this week. Unfortunately, this is going to lead to me coming up a little short mileage wise, but I think Im early enough in the training that I should be okay. I just need to make sure that I get my long run in this Saturday and I should be back on track!
