    first time in a long time, out on the bikes. did the paved bike trail and then some trail riding.

    the rain never stopped. got my medal. 3+ hours of running in a cold shower. i can barely walk now. next half marathon will be in a place that gets less that 10 inches of rain annually.

      looks like you and i ran our halfers about the same time. I did the chicago R&R in august. Kudos to you for finishing. It was hard work but feels good to have done it doesn't it?

    it went very well. had to stop and walk at one point, because crystal is a blister magnet. still a good run in the heat and humidity of mid morning

    warrior dash new endland! what could be better than, mud, beer, sweat, some tears, and more mud? my tutu almost made it the whole way, but fell by the wayside on the last obstacle. great time!

    it went well, considering i haven't ran in about 1.5 - 2 weeks. also the first time in 2 weeks that i've worn shoes other than my vibrams.
