    Did not want to run today because I was feeling tired and lazy. Dragged my butt out for a little neighborhood run. Really happy that I did!

    Used today as a recovery run from Saturday. Legs were a little tired but felt pretty good for the most part.

    1 1/4 mile warm up from Melno to Fatboy hill. 5 x 220s up Fatboy hill, jog down the hill for recovery. 1 1/4 warm down back to Melno. Well, the warm up was enjoyable but everything else was tough!

    Thought this workout was tougher than last Monday. Wanted to do 8 sets but only did 4, think I went to hard on the intervals. Good to be out running!!!

    Ouch! That was a tough workout, but got it done. Had to walk some of the recoveries but ran hard on 220's and the 440's.

    Couldn't make the Varsity tonight, so I did the workout this morning. 1 mile warmup followed by 880, 660, 440, 220, 110 and finish the lap recovery. Felt good to get out and do it.
