Second run of the day went well. Hung with the fast crew for about 4 then faded a little. Finished strong.

Quick, pre-race run. Did the standard 20-minute warm up, then 4, 20-second strides. Then I was supposed to do a mile at race pace but wasn't feeling it so I bailed after about 1/2 mile.

Didn't feel great on this run but managed to throw down some good times. 3x2 w/1-min rest (6:00, 5:57, 6:13), 2x3 w/90 second rest (6:27, 6;16), 1x4 with 2-min rest (6:13), 1x5 (6:11).
