    Did Week 3 Day 2 of the hundred pushup challenge, felt a bit easy so only gave myself 60 second rest inbetween sets and did 40 instead of 25 on last set.

    Started the two hundred situp challenge (www.twohundredsitups.com), did day 1 of week 3. Felt good, each set felt right but I pushed myself on the last one and did 40 instead of 30.
