I haven't run 8 miles since my December half marathon. Since I quit my part time job, I have Saturday mornings free, which is great because there's a running group I can join. They do distance runs every Saturday.

If I can loosen up the core engine (back/hips), and lose some weight, I can get back to running decent. But again my back is tight today :) I'm not sure if I can be in Columbus for Komen this year, I may be starting a new job out of state (and moving the fam) which will get in the way.
