      I haven't run 8 miles since my December half marathon. Since I quit my part time job, I have Saturday mornings free, which is great because there's a running group I can join. They do distance runs every Saturday.

      If I can loosen up the core engine (back/hips), and lose some weight, I can get back to running decent. But again my back is tight today :) I'm not sure if I can be in Columbus for Komen this year, I may be starting a new job out of state (and moving the fam) which will get in the way.

      What are you recovering from? Your workouts are sounding better, keep up the improvement. Beginning of January, my weight was 189, but I'm down to 175 now.
