    Pushed myself pretty hard today. Wasn't sure I'd be able to keep my pace up, but I did! Humidity was down today, which I think helped me.

      damn girl! You must be working hard! Be careful though, having a pair of good shoes is super important in preventing injury when you're running. You don't want to be in something that has more than 300 miles on it, and you shouldn't run in a shoe that you use for walking or everyday wear. You should try to go to a running specialty store if you can, where they can properly fit you. They will watch you walk and run - they usually have a treadmill in the store. Avoid buying from Dick's or Footlocker.
