    Run felt really good, stopped for after 2 miles to look at a boat and then stopped (2) more times to tie my shows. Got Rained on pretty good inbetween miles 2 and 4 which soaked me pretty good!

    Bike felt good for the most part. Lots of traffic from other participants on the course. They started the waves with oldest to youngest, which was backwards IMO!

    Swim was a nice one at a time start, which helped eliminate a ton of congestion and make the swim a swim instead of free-for-all in the water.

    Run went well, a little slow off the bike at first but then I was able to catch my stride about 3/4 of a mile into and get into a cruise.

      I like them. I had the Nimbus 11's a while back and they were probably my favorite pair of shoes. They could handle a lot of miles too.
