      Sorry to hear about the tendonitis. I have that and it is a real pain in the butt. I find a compression bandage/support can help, but not to wear it all the time. I also have sessions where I alternate ice and heat and that helps too. Changing your shoes might help with it as well?

      I bought the Mizuno Wave Riders and so far I like them, I had bought a similar pair like a month ago and they ended up being one size too large, but I couldnt return them so now i have an expensive pai of walking shoes!

      Thanks for all the encouragement! @Amber my legs actually feel fine, I made sure to take my long runs nice and slow. They are a little sore from my six miler but thats mainly because I didn't have my good runnng shoes on!
