    Oh lol about a month ago now I was on set 5, rep 5 of 100 KG barbell squat and went too low, bailed out of it wrong and hyperextended right wrist (which fractured) with the barbell. Fun times. =P Can't wait to get this cast off and go for a swim haha.

    lol thanks not long till its all better =)
    yeah it had to be the right hand haha -- better than this time last year though when I tore my right AC joint coming off the roadie so thats something to be positive about lol
