great Quick Wake Up Run 3.24 km 00:16 08:10 pace

Getting my body ready for Ketosis so went for a quick run with spurts of high intensity then walking. First KM was 4:04 (personal best) and the third KM was 3:48 which I was pretty happy with -- but yeah I couldn't sustain that for very long haha. HR max 189 and avg 173. Calories 203.
