great Legs, Abs & Weight Sled 01:57

13x8 90 KG Leg Extensions, 5x20 Hanging Leg Raise, 5x8 82.5 Leg Curl, 5x20 97.5 Calf Raises, 60 sec plank w/ 7.5 KG on back + 60 sec plank w/ 15 KG on back, Ab Ripper X, 4x100m 70 KG (my bodyweight) weight sled sprints

Good session... felt great during but the weights sled sprints have made me feel sick & dizzy haha... man my legs are destroyed. Wore Garmin + heartrate monitor for once because was curious about calories -- burnt 762 so not bad for a "weights" session.
