10x8 90 KG Leg Extension, 3x8 82.5 Leg Curl, 5x20 97.5 Calf Raises, 5x8 95 KG Leg Extension, 5x20 95 Shrugs (managed to use my upper arm to "hold" the machine without hurting wrist), 5x20 95 retarded Front Squats (same deal), 120 sec plank/2x60 sec plank, 3x100m sprints hauling 70KG on my new weights sled (love it), Ab Ripper X
