Went for my usual Adelaide run down prospect road. Bit tough due to legs workout today but my mind kept pushing my legs further when I wanted to stop. Good pace and a good day. =)

    Wow Usually it is the other way. The voice telling you to stop you don't have to do this. Every once in awhile that voice pulls a fast one on us. Way to push through.
