great Legs and Abs 01:50

Bit more of an intense one today: 10x8 82.5 KG Leg Extensions, 5x8 80 KG Leg Curl, 10x20 97.5 KG Calf Raises (both legs at same time), 45 Hanging Leg Raises, 120 sec plank then 60 sec plank, Ab Ripper X finishing with another 5x8 82.5 KG Leg Extensions... think I'll go for a run tomorrow instead of today now heh
