great Random Workout 01:20

Bit of a random workout today.. started a legs session with 7x8 80 KG Leg Extensions then 2x8 80 KG Leg Curls then got distracted by jumping on the trampoline for 25 straight minutes nonstop cardio (good for calves haha they killed) then immediately jumped off, strapped on my 20 KG weights vest and took the dog for a 4KM walk up/down a nearby hill followed by Ab Ripper X and 3 minutes worth of planks when I got home... eh whatever works lol =p
