Had to walk a bit when hr got > 186. No tea in the am will do that. I also lost GPS at 2.79 miles, so it's a good thing I had mapped this one prior.

I'm not sure if it was dehydration (could have been, I was thirsty), or if I just had to push harder because I had less energy. Normally on that bit of hill I top out at 185, but my rule is 187 = walk until it's down to 175.
