Day 37. Slow and easy run with Tony at Rockefeller. It went fine, but I overate last night and it stuck with me the whole time. I don't know why I keep sabotaging myself in this way. It's pathetic. If not for "eating after 6pm", I'd weigh 125lbs LESS and run a 16-minute 5K.

    eating after 6PM is my nemesis. I can eat well for a whole day, then screw it all up with by eating crap while im watching tv.
