Day 22: 20 minutes ran at 10 minutes per mile (2.0 miles), then 7.5 minutes power walked at 7% incline and 15 minutes per mile (0.5 miles). Cold is still lingering. Can't wait til I feel strong again when running. Haven't had a "solid" treadmill workout in a week or two.
