My favorite workout of the whole six week plan -- love the "easier" double sets! Finished off with a max of 50. Feeling good....

Does the program have a rest day? That would be my favorite. Nice work, somehow "easier" and "50" don't belong together in a post about push-ups.

Nice pushups! I agree the double sets are like a vacation! just did week 6 day 1 level 3 myself, hardest day of the program in my opinion!
