Plan was for an easy 35 minutes at around 143bpm. Mission accomplished. The cooler temps, light rain and shirtless run were a great combination this morning. Legs (and body in general) were initially a bit tired from the busy weekend, but they soon perked up and got me into cruise mode. Tacked on 8 x 50m strides in the last mile too. Good start to the week!
