70℉? I'll take some of that! Not quite as fast as the "Easy 35" from Monday, but this one felt great. Kept the HR around 140bpm for the first 25 minutes, then did 8 x 50m strides to finish the run off with a nice change of pace. Wore my long lost Saucony Grid Type A4s, and they felt tremendous. Need to add these into the shoe rotation a bit more often I think...

Happy Thursday!

Your "easy" runs are killing me - great work once again. We've been around 60F in the mornings here.

Greg - think I've been slacking for too long. I'm curious to see how the next several months pan out...

Steve, it's been cooler down here as well. I think it's just a tease, but I'll take it as I know I'll be moaning about the 25* runs in the winter.
