First run for a week. Legs & lungs felt okay, but heart rate way too elevated for the pace. Guessing I need to adjust to the warmth of Virginia Beach again, or maybe I'm still a bit fatigued from the UK trip? Anyway, a couple of easy runs planned for this weekend before starting some more serious training on Monday. Exciting times ahead!
