Solid race in Norfolk this morning. Happy with my 2nd place overall after clawing my way back from 4th in the early stages. Not feeling terribly fast, but I'm sure that will come back in time. No issues with glute or groin, so feeling pretty good about things at the moment. Nice confidence booster. Cool to win a $40 gift certificate to my favorite local running store too.

Always the expert tactician! Do you really need $40 at Running Etc? I figured they just comp you everything over there at this point.
