Just a few miles to keep the legs ticking over. Over the worst of the sore throat etc. Still feeling a bit blah but have 50 hours to turn things around before the HAT 50k. What a week to get sick....


Did not realize you were sick - wow poor timing(as if any timing to get sick is ideal). Hang in there. Drink lots of fluids. I am deferring my run until later to try to give my body some resting.
