Not feeling 100% this morning. Didn't get to the 2 mile mark before deciding to turn around and head home. Minor setback. Onwards and upwards.

  2. RUN

A rare date with the heart rate monitor this evening. 4 miles easy, 4 miles steady. Felt good!

    good Park Sunday 14 mi

Back at it with an easy four miler. Legs took a mile or so to get going, but once they did, all systems go.
