    Did my usual start off conservative and gradually increase the pace as the miles ticked on. Ended up 2nd overall for the 2nd consecutive year. Great way to end the year!

    Back on the heart rate training. Easy run on a crisp, sunny morning. Liking the new version of the Pearl Izumi Road N2s, but they always seem to take a few miles to soften up on the colder mornings.
