    Struggled today, despite keeping the HR under the easy zone threshold. Wanted 15, and it was literally a case of one mile at a time until I was done. Hope everyone has a happy and healthy 2015!

    Did my usual start off conservative and gradually increase the pace as the miles ticked on. Ended up 2nd overall for the 2nd consecutive year. Great way to end the year!
