So hard to breath. Shirt was so sweaty that I had to take it off after only 3 miles and when I weighed myself, I lost 2 lbs of water. If it is this humid on Sunday, I am toast.

Great job getting that done! Ittakes some focus when it's unfavorable conditions out there. I'd much rather run in drier cooler air but I'm starting to embrace this stuff knowing it will help me later.

Great post-boo-boo-tooth run. I suffered through the heat yesterday on my run too and agree that it took forever for me to cool down...I was literally still sweating 2 hours later. We will acclimate though! ROCK ON!

Is running with slower people disappointing and/or not as much fun as when running with faster people?

Wow!!! Awesome job! First on doing an excellent job leading your friend, second on getting a BSR PR, and third for your GF's PR. It was a good day and you didn't have to use your AK.
