Run starts at 8 and will begin at the entrance of Blackstone blvd park. It's only a 3 miler. Like most other local groups we had some folks who raced Monday and thankfully made it home safe.

Felt good to get back out there finally. Memorial run with the group coming up Saturday morning so I felt I should shake out the rust before hand.

Here ya go Brian G. ... from another friend of mine in Ireland ... : )

That's super Steve. It was a lot like that this morning when I got my run in. The news tonight showed a clip from this day last year. It was 22c and everyone was sitting out sunning themselves on every spare bit of grass in Dublin! Serious contrast!

RUN
1st run of the year ... 6.92 mi 01:12 10:21 pace
Finally made it outside. This was a test run for me , not so much for pace but for not stopping. Strong head wind on the way back .... positive splits!

Nice Job:
Great stuff Steve, not a great part of the world for outside running in winter. 7 without stopping is nothing to be sniffed at, particularly in windy conditions. Nicely done!
