Just got over mono. Starting the running again next week.

Exhausted, did 5 intervals of minute sprints with 2 minutes rest between each

Did Quater mile sprints at a 6 min pace and caught my breath between each of them. Then did a half mile mile jog. I'm tired haha

Went pretty well, I focused mostly on chest, but the whole thing ended up being a circuit with all the majors covered. Lasted about an hour and a half... good way to end the night
