What is a Steverval classic rock? Put on the music choice classic rock station. warm up for 2 songs, then 1 song at steady-state, I went about 1/2 iron pace. Next song go hard, greater than 20K TT pace, and pray they don't play Freebird. Next song go easy. Repeat. Finish with an easy, and extend if needed. Fun because you don't know what you are going to get.
Perfect planning! What if they would've played Stairway to Heaven! or better Inna Gotta Divita?? I know I didnt spell that one right! :)
