    5:07, 4:56, 4:40, 4:29, 4:46, 4:25, and 4:41.

    Easy Saturday morning, post-yoga run. Tomorrow is day five this week of running. Next week, it's up to 6 days and then pushing the distances up gearing up for some races.

    Ran with Nate along the rail path to end my long day. Despite my stiff body, my legs and especially my calves felt remarkably pain free during my run and remain so after my run.

    What a run! Stuck in a car for one and a half hours on my commute home led me to run as fast as I could for 5K to blow some steam. And even better, I beat my PB by 2s!!!
