First run with the Nathan fanny pack (I mean, hydration pack). Totally worth it. I filled the two bottles with water and a bit of honey in each. Energy note: I realized that I start flagging around 12 miles or so. Perhaps I need to load up a little bit more on calories throughout or before? All in all, a really good run!


Gels! They are disgusting but necessary!

I am using the gels! But maybe gotta gel it up even more....I find that the chocolate ones are somewhat less gross.
