alright Indoor run 9 mi
Trying to change my long run day to monday....got pwned by the heat after just 3 mi on the treadmill. Track was cooler but had to throw in the towel at 9 miles

Gels! They are disgusting but necessary!

I am using the gels! But maybe gotta gel it up even more....I find that the chocolate ones are somewhat less gross.
