    First hill run in awhile that hasn't involved snow covered trails and hills. Cool morning. Low wind - great day for a run. I could get used to this weather.

    This was the most miserable run I've ever had. Cold, windy, rainy. I wanted to do 15, but I couldn't muster up the energy to keep going.

      You get a lot of credit for running in those conditions. You going to run CUCB and just keep going?

      Ugh. I'm miserable just thinking about it. I never want to see rain again. After CUCB, I'll keep going right on to brunch :) Hopefully the weather is nicer for that race than last weekend!

    I really need to learn how to pace myself. Was trying to maintain a 9:30 mile (tempo run), but finished my first mile at 8:24 and my last mile at 8:50. yeesh

      Haha, you could say that. My problem is that I run at paces I can't maintain! But definitely ready for CUCB! Hoping for a good PR!
