    I opted not to run outside today, since I'm still fighting some cold/sinus issues. Instead, I decided to work out on the spin bike while watching some tv this evening.

    I felt a cold coming on, so I ran to/from Walgreens to get some Airborne. I'm feeling better after the run, so maybe I just needed some fresh air.

    Spin bike while watching Netflix on my iPhone. Had to get a workout in to offset the snacks I'll eat at the Super Bowl party this evening.

    My longest run ever! It felt so great! My hips started getting a little achy around mile 7, but I refused to stop and walk.

    Great run after work. The rain waited until I was done, but the lightening started during my last mile. It made me run a little faster!

    I called boot camp this morning, so we did lots of high knees, jacks, lunges, mountain climbers, squats, push ups, tricep dips, and planks.
