I'm just going to say it - this has not been my year so far for working out. Eek. Decided to do some yoga today (hehe using yogatoday). Anyway, nice flow that I've done before with Adi. Felt good.

    I love that Adi video! But take it from Ms. Erratic (lately anyway) - we all have to give ourselves a break. Anyway you're always great at getting out for walking biking and running when the weather is good - your high workout season is just beginning!
