Crossfit WOD 00:35

SHOOT! I'm sucking at working out these days. Decided to go all out and do the Crossfit workout of the day - Cameron. I modified it a bit and put my modifications in parentheses.
For time:
50 Walking lunge steps
25 Chest to bar pull-ups (assisted pull ups)
50 Box jumps, 24 inch box (did a few box jumps and then stepped up and down)
25 Triple-unders (spiderman plank crunch)
50 Back extensions
25 Ring dips (tricep dips)
50 Knees to elbows (Captain's chair)
25 Wallball "2-fer-1s", 20 pound ball (just threw a medicine ball in the air)
50 Sit-ups
15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents (push ups on bosu)
