good Yoga for Snowboarders 00:56

I haven't been on a snowboard since a few years ago when a fall on an icy mountain in Lake Placid, NY landed me in the E.R. However, this was the free class this week. And I like free classes. Bonus: we worked on wrist strengthening, which is something I still lack from that fall many moons ago. Also, those Five Tibetan Rights are kinda awesome.
