good Five pounds in two weeks 00:40

My new Shape magazine has a 2-week workout program that promises I will lose 5 pounds (well, "up to"). I figured, yeah right! But I wanted to try. So today is day 1. Starting at, let's call it, +5 pounds.
24 minute burn and firm blast:
30 seconds mountain climbers, 30 seconds jumping jacks
30 seconds shoulder trio, 30 seconds jumping jacks
30 seconds lunge launch, 30 seconds jumping jacks
30 seconds pick up squat, 30 seconds jumping jacks
Do circuit 6 times
Core challenge (1 minute each, do circuit 3 times)
Jack knife
Scissors
Sit-up
Superwoman

    I started something similar from Prevention. Day three of core work and I feel like I have broken ribs! LOL... I'm such a wuss but it must be doing something :)
