    I had forgotten how tough this hills workout was. My heart rate was up and racing. Tried a new bike at the gym, didn't like it. Back to the spin bike it is!

      Awesome! 6-8 reps is a great goal for the heavy set. The tricky part is keeping good form on those last few reps, I tend to cheat a little until I can do 10, then solidify the form.

      How did I miss this? Fantastic speed work! The only part that is a little dicey for me is when you are in full sprint mode and have to slow the TM down by pushing buttons without tripping!

      Chris, I'm trying to. Especially with the lat pull downs. Some of these seem like I never can go up in the weight. I should probably start doing some days of less reps and more weight.

      Yes, what I usually do to up weights is shift on one of my sets to be slightly heavier and just do as many reps as I can for that set. So if it's normally 110x10/120x10/130x10 for my 3 sets of Lats, I bump everything up by 10 and just do as many reps as I can on the heaviest. Once I can do 10 reps at heaviest, I bump up again.

    Went for a long walk with the hubby this evening. Saw a beautiful sunset and a partially frozen lake. The ducks were slipping on the ice, which was entertaining. :)
