    Went extra long on the treadmill today, i seem to be able to do my best work at the end as I am finishing up. Its amazing how far you can go at 12 percent incline.

    I am going slower then usual on my 4 milers. I need to work on my nutrition, and do some sprint work to improve my time, plus I need to change my scenery, same ol is not the best thing all the time.

    Well this was the longest I have ever run and it felt pretty good, I was more concerned with making it then trying to beat the land speed record, so yeah next time should be faster,
