loving jack3d for pre lifting. sooooo much energy and focus. lost count after 3 sets of 10 reps of shoulder press, lat raises and front raises. did some rows and tricep exercises too, plus many more sets of shoulders. my 20 minute shoulder workout turned into a much more long workout. i probably wont be able to lift my arms tomorrow. best feeling in the world! that was the most intense gym session i have ever had.
