Pathway 5.04 km 00:26 08:09 pace
poor timing on my part had me running back through the woods in the dark but overall the entire run on shale was much more forgiving on my feet so no complaints!

blah Short Route 1.91 km 00:10:09 08:33 pace
Pretty persistent soreness in my shins had me back out of the route I had planned and double back. Going to monitor it and give myself the time I need to recover. Frustrating to know I had the en... read more

makes me wonder if perhaps you should check what's on your feet, may not be the proper runners. Sore knees is how I tell when it's time to buy new sneakers :)

Lessons I learned tonite...my asics are NOT waterproof and snow-covered sidewalks can be sketchyyy! Otherwise, the cool air and run tonite was a good way to wind down midterms this semester.
