  2. RUN
    Pathway 5.04 km 00:26 08:09 pace

yah, this was a train wreck from my first stride. i felt strong energy-wise but everything from my knees down disagreed.

    great Sprints I 0.8 km 00:20

sprints...8 @ 100m, not timed. no ipod tonite, just the sound of the cool air rushing past, your pulse pounding and the feeling that at that exact moment you're moving, by your own power, faster t... read more

  11. RUN
blah Short Route 1.91 km 00:10:09 08:33 pace

Pretty persistent soreness in my shins had me back out of the route I had planned and double back. Going to monitor it and give myself the time I need to recover. Frustrating to know I had the en... read more

makes me wonder if perhaps you should check what's on your feet, may not be the proper runners. Sore knees is how I tell when it's time to buy new sneakers :)

definitely possible...my runners have never felt uncomfortable and have only had them a few months but i've been meaning to look into a running clinic to see if it's my form that needs to change, my shoes or possibly both haha. knees have been ok so far, wondering if it's just shin-splints.

    tired Riverview 1.93 km 00:09:14 07:42 pace

Lessons I learned tonite...my asics are NOT waterproof and snow-covered sidewalks can be sketchyyy! Otherwise, the cool air and run tonite was a good way to wind down midterms this semester.
