    I meant to post this yesterday. Spin class with a new instructor who was awesome! I really love the ones who make me get up off my saddle and do a bunch of different moves so I will be returning. :)

    Happy with this ride, trying not to be too crazy since I knew I had a 60-minute BodyPump class to get through afterwards. Still, my heart rate was up and I was sweating my tooshy off, so yay!
