      That is funny about the treadmill going into cooldown w/out you knowing. You must've been in the zone. Trying toget there myself. I hope running helped with the emotional issues you are having. Be well!

    Ran .2 miles at a 7:20 pace, didn't feel as tired as usual. Not a far run but I still a lot stronger than I did a month ago running at that pace for just .1 mile. :)

      Keep at it and don't give up on yourself. I am going through my own mini meltdown with the pain in my right leg preventing me from getting in the runs I would like but try to stay positive and do what you can.

      Don't give up or lose sight of how far you've come and all that you've accomplished. You can do ANYTHING! Don't let that douche trainer take you out of your game :)

    national running day!! And all I did was a puny mile :( But other than that I did 10 minute on stair climbler, 35 on elliptical, and yoga.
