      Nice run Stefan, just coming back from ITB myself.. What did you do to treat it?

      Hi Paul, I had 3 x 1 hour sports message sessions (in 10 days) just on the ITB/Glutes/Lower Back (hurt like hell) seems to have done the trick. I also use a roller on the ITB twice a day.
