    Felt exhausted after work, but managed to push out a tiny run before BIGGEST LOSER is on! Woooohooo!

    Treadmill Intervals 3.25 mi

    Ran 4 intervals of .25 miles at 6.8, with .25 mile rest of 5.5 in between. It's been a while since I interval'd, so starting slow. After I was done, jogged out some more at 6.0 :)
