    Just like last time, my tummy is cramping after this! Ouch! But guess that means it got a workout ;)

    Worked up to all seven circuits and incorporated some weights. Moving slow but yay for progress!

    Took a spin class at my gym taught by a BIGGEST LOSER contestant that won! (Michael, from a few seasons ago). Pretty cool! And I haven't done spin in a thousand years, so felt good
