first time back with the PT and my regular wheels... and strangely, i felt faster! i'm sure the wind helped, but i did my normal 1 hour route 5min faster htan usual.
i pushed it for each of the 30 seconds and tried to leave it all out there. my legs got tired near the end and i think they're gona be heavy tomorrow. but good workout!
